1. Steel plate material cutting stage
According to the drawings made by the design department, use the plasma CNC cutting machine to cut out each required component, such as: beam web, reinforcement plate, standard small accessories, etc.
2. Submerged arc welding to fix the I-beam
Fix the cut web and upper and lower flanges to the welding points and weld them with submerged arc welding.
3. Laser alignment
Cut out the beam web first, then cut out the U-shaped hole that the beam can pass through, and then fix the welded I-beam in parallel. The result of calibrating the I-beams is very important, if the parallel error of the two I-beams is large, tire wear will appear.
4. Connect the side beams and weld the traction pins
At this time, the main beam of the trailer is basically formed, and only the side beams are welded to form a frame structure. In addition, the traction pin is welded to the position stipulated in the contract, and the welding process requires high requirements, otherwise the trailer will be skewed.
5. Welded frame and suspension
The size of the welded suspension must be strictly controlled to maintain a vertical state, otherwise it will also cause tire wear.
6. Connect the gooseneck
This process is to complete the welding of the gooseneck of the lowbed trailer and the chassis structure. The accuracy of welding is very important, because the angle deviation of the traction pin will affect the normal use of the semi trailer.
7. Lay the floor
Lay the steel plate with a thickness of 4mm on the load-bearing platform of the lowbed semi trailer. During the welding process, attention should be paid to the tightness of the weld with the frame structure. The common bottom plate is made of patterned steel plate, which has strong friction and the highest stability for transporting goods.
8. Sanding and painting
Scrubbing and rust removal is the first step before painting, and the painting process is usually carried out in a well-ventilated work shed.
